Gennem scenekunst, kreativitet og digitale værktøjer får de unge mulighed for at mødes på tværs af landegrænser, udtrykke sig og være med til at skabe nye kunstneriske fællesskaber.
Chorus of Change is an international Erasmus+ project bringing together young people from the island communities of Mors, Mallorca and Sardinia. Through performing arts, creativity and digital tools, young people are given the opportunity to connect across borders, express themselves and create new artistic communities together.
Chorus of Change er et internationalt Erasmus+-projekt, der samler unge fra øsamfund på Mors, Mallorca og Sardinien. Gennem scenekunst, kreativitet og digitale værktøjer får de unge mulighed for at mødes på tværs af landegrænser, udtrykke sig og være med til at skabe nye kunstneriske fællesskaber.
Projektet har fokus på aktivt medborgerskab, kulturel deltagelse og digitale kompetencer. Gennem scenekunsten skabes inkluderende rum, hvor unge kan udvikle idéer sammen, dele erfaringer og opleve, at deres stemmer og perspektiver har betydning.
Samtidig sætter projektet fokus på nogle af de særlige udfordringer, der kan være forbundet med at være ung i et øsamfund – blandt andet geografisk afstand, færre kulturelle tilbud og risikoen for isolation. Ved at forbinde unge og kulturaktører fra tre europæiske øer skaber Chorus of Change nye relationer og muligheder for samarbejde.
Projektet består af workshops, kunstnerisk samskabelse, digitale samarbejder og offentlige præsentationer på Mors, Mallorca og Sardinien.
De unge arbejder med scenekunst og digitale fortælleformer sammen med professionelle kunstnere og kulturaktører. Derudover gennemføres aktiviteter for undervisere og kulturprofessionelle samt arrangementer, der involverer de lokale fællesskaber.
Projektet afsluttes med en fælles præsentation i forbindelse med Sa Xerxas festival på Mallorca, hvor erfaringer og kunstneriske resultater fra projektet bringes sammen.
Chorus of Change skal ikke alene skabe oplevelser her og nu. Ambitionen er også at udvikle metoder og relationer, der kan leve videre efter projektets afslutning.
Projektet skal blandt andet resultere i kunstneriske værker skabt sammen med de unge, digitalt fortælleindhold og materialer, som kan anvendes af skoler og kulturinstitutioner.
Samtidig etableres et stærkere internationalt netværk mellem øsamfundene. Målet er at styrke unges kreative og digitale kompetencer, aktive deltagelse i samfundet og engagement i kunst og kultur – og skabe nye forbindelser mellem unge på tværs af Europas øer.

The project focuses on active citizenship, cultural participation and digital skills. Performing arts provide an inclusive space where young people can develop ideas together, share experiences and discover that their voices and perspectives matter.
At the same time, the project addresses some of the particular challenges of growing up in an island community, including geographical distance, fewer cultural opportunities and the risk of isolation. By connecting young people and cultural organisations from three European islands, Chorus of Change creates new relationships and opportunities for international collaboration.
The project includes workshops, artistic co-creation, digital collaboration and public presentations across Mors, Mallorca and Sardinia.
Young people explore performing arts and digital storytelling together with professional artists and cultural practitioners. The project also includes activities for educators and cultural professionals, as well as events designed to engage local communities.
The project culminates in a joint presentation as part of Sa Xerxa’s festival in Mallorca, bringing together the experiences, ideas and artistic outcomes developed throughout the project.
Chorus of Change is not only about creating experiences here and now. The ambition is to develop methods, skills and relationships that can continue beyond the project period.
The project will result in artistic works co-created with young people, digital storytelling content and materials that can be used by schools and cultural institutions.
At the same time, the project strengthens an international network between island communities. The aim is to develop young people’s creative and digital skills, active participation in society and engagement in arts and culture – while creating lasting connections between young people across Europe’s island communities.
